<p>Used 30ft x 10ft Steel landing craft. Opening bow ramp. Semi-tunnel, shallow draft, (1) 65 hp Johnson outboard as backup propulsion. Hold capacity of 30,000 lbs. Reported in superior condition.&nbsp;Vessel was sandblasted stem to stern, all sections of weak steel was replaced, and marine grade primer and paint was applied with 3 layers of antifouling paint for the hull. 1200 pounds of zinc anodes installed everywhere. Engine was removed and replaced with a similar but brand new 113 hp Deutz air-cooled 6-cylinder diesel engine, along with a new control panel. There are only 2 hours on the new engine. This was completed in 2014. Vessel has a new PTO plus the Z-drive was removed, sent to the dealer in BC for full servicing. The propeller was serviced.&nbsp;65hp Johnson outboard motor mounted for backup. It has a special barge/houseboat prop. The outboard motor is mounted on a winch so that it can be lowered into the water when required. The outboard motor was serviced and can be removed if purchaser wishes.&nbsp;To provide more cargo space, a cradle deck was built to mount over the engine compartment.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p><p>To provide extra stability for heavy lifts, two 20ft culverts filled with marine grade foam mounted on either side. With these in place, 8 tonne pieces of equipment can be carried. Also installed a work light, a 25 watt VHF radio and antenna, and cell phone/VHF holder and cigarette lighter. All new fluids and filters, bilge pumps. The ramp extensions are quick release, used for running tractors aboard. The deck surface is done with anti-slip silicone sand.&nbsp;At 2000 rpm, the diesel pushes the barge at 8 knots, whereas the kicker outboard at full throttle pushes at 6 knots.&nbsp;</p>
